if that car has the 2x4s setup on it and air cleaner, and the car was here in the states,i would fix it ,i have about all parts fix it with,wonder if it has factory AC?

i believe u will find all 55 56 packards have the same windshield except the convertible , get a used one,should be easy find ,its the shipping thats a problem, u will need a new windshield rubber, hardest part is getting the chrome strips installed

i have 2 spotlights on my 55, they both say packard on them,
i believe u can still buy the spotlights from Unity yet ,i
go on Unity website, i bought bulbs from them direct

check with Max Merritt ,i know what u are talking about, they are different,there shorter,the rest of moldings is the same
even the windshield is shorter like a half inch,i did a Caribbean and it was poor workmanship from the factory,the windshield opening was wide enough i think i could of put a hardtop windshield in it

Brian, find out what no,s should be on the plate ,if its not
right buy a new one from that guy in Texas,he makes them ,i have bought them for a 40 packard ,

Tim,there is just too much money out there, which is a good thing, i know alot here just try out do there neighbor,none
of it makes much sense ,but good for the economy
i quit trying even figure it out, lol

i see u have your hands full ,if u decide u need a piece of roof ,let me know, be free, i have 2 400s sitting here,
on that bodywork, make sure everything fits before u put the paint on the car

Jack, i agree with u on the motors, when that motor came out in 55 it wasent perfected as well as Packard thout it was
but then again ,i have a few 55 fords and those motors are nothing brag about

i cant help u on the lenses ,i do have a set of headlights for a 26 oakland ? u being in Germany u know of anyone into Ardie motorcycles ,i have a 1940 need few parts for

that was good money out of that car, owner will still come in ok on it, im glad u post cars up for auction and parts,
