I did browse the rosters, thanks for the suggestion, but I did not come up with anything, however I did find the build sheet over the fuel tank filler tube and It says 2259 F 2200, so is this the same number that would have been on the missing data plate?

1948 or 1949 22nd series?

I have a 22nd series Packard Custom eight Convertible that is missing the data plate, How do I know If this car is a 1948 or a 1949? Briggs Body # is 2259-2200, I have engine number and firewall number but I believe that none of these can tell me whether this is a 48 or a renumbered 49 without a data plate. Am I correct or am I missing something? Thanks for any responses!!
