Am working on a project for a friend and it has been slow going due to weather. However one snag is the key switch. Due to my a loss on my manual dexterity I cannot do fine small work so I have a friend of mine do it for me. Last December we had great weather so I had to take the key switch out so I could get keys made for it. Well I got the switch back with the keys. Then the bad weather hit. I am now getting around to try and put the switch back in, but I can't remember where which wire goes to which post Is there a simple way to make this determination or does some one have a wiring diagram or a picture as to how it goes.

Ozatsman:

Please remove my 55 Patrician from the registry. I have sold (forced rather than willingly) the car to a man up in Lancaster Oh. He may come into the forum or not I don't know. However with that I no longer have a Packard and therefore it is doubtful that you will hear from me again unless I ever become well off and buy another Packard(doubtful)

So long
Everyone...............

Most likely changed because most current readers could not determine who made Packard, Ford, Chevy, or Chrysler.

Well the car is loaded on the and on its way to Oregon. I figure I will hear from the buyer long about Wednesday, about imperfect the car is. This guy seems to be the type that would bitch about being hung with a new rope. He pays half of what the car is worth and complains because he can't do a gumball rally or the cannonball run as soon as he unloads it(a bit of exaggeration there). I make a remark about the timing being a bit off, and he starts making noises about a refund. He says I misrepresented the car. I said it ran, drove, stopped and steered. I never said it was perfect. Hell early on he asked about flying in and driving the car to Oregon and said emphatically HELL NO. Oh well I imagine maybe 1 more post from me and then this thread can be closed. I can't say I am overly distraught over this. I had a pretty good time doing the car. I truly wish I could have fully completed the car with the twin 4bbl, but cei la vie, amore, laguerre. I doubt that I will ever post another project out here again, not after all of the dire things that my dear wife said she would do to me if I ever bought another project car.

Well Have solved the job market for a bit. Working in Birmingham.

Also I believe I have sold the car. A price has been agreed upon and I am waiting for a check. The buyer is in Portland Oregon.

I am getting money and let's leave it at that.

Have done many a wedding and it is always fun. It is even better if you can come up with a chauffers uniform. I did.

Yes but what do you do when you have packard parts, you make it known that you have them, make it know that they are cheap and NOBODY wants them, because they either want you to pay them to take them off your hands and or they want you to deliver them to them at your expense.
