ON the 1938 models If the original upholstery is still in place and not disturbed the seat coil springs have a tag on a string that shows the numbers. You might want to look there and see if you get lucky.

I agree with all the others that the pictures were gorgeous just a couple things though the 1942 convertible was suppost to b e a 120 but it had no 120 emplem no chrome "spats " on rear fenders and it had a senior front bumper. The 1941 110 sedan shown i2 door sedan and I hate the word but a rare car. I have a 1940 110 2 door sedan awaiting for me to do. ALL in ALL GREAT PIctures one ald all

I value both Steve and Jeff as friends. Steve can fix anything Packard (and other things too) Jeff is fabulas for brake parts original abestos linings as original. If you have a V-8 packard you know that they don't stop with modern organic linings.

The one thing that the rivets do is that they "center" the drum on the hub so that when the drum is turned it will stay where it belongs. Ihave rplaced the drums and used bolts to center the drum for turning the drum and instlled the rivets. You might find the rivets at Moose Motors ask Jeff 707-792-9985) and you will need a locating pin rivet also.

I would clean the gas tank and blow out all the lines before I put gas in the tank and tried to start it. I have Gravety fed the carburator and started the cars before. Don't trust the old fuel pump. I have used this method to empty the gas tank but I don't think you have anything in yours after being in the dessert for so long. We have a 23rd club sedan so thay are great cars
