Hello I have a 51 200 deluxe and the brake lights will sometimes stay on even with the car off and key out. I have replaced the hydraulic switch . Still doing it. Why would light stay on with car turned off?

Hi I contacted Precision and they wanted over 600 to convert regulator, more than I'm willing to spend. Does anyone have a part number of one that will work. I have been looking and I get conflicting info, one site says it will work another says it won't. I would still like to go solid state if possible and it does not have to look like original Thanks.

Hi Does anyone know if a Echlin VR-23 regulator will work on my 51-200, 288 with original 6 volt delco system? Also are there any electronic regulators that would work? Thanks

Hi I just checked the charging voltage on my 51 deluxe 200 and it seems high. When I check with multi-meter and the car running it's showing 8 volts. If this is to high what should it be? Thanks

My guess is the shaft is bent or worn. Thats why I'm replacing everything eventually. I`ve wired the counterweight in the down position and the temp seems to be ok
