I just visited a local body and paint shop and talked at length with the 90 year old owner. Dave is a long time car enthusiast dating back to his childhood. He has an extensive collection at his shop and elsewhere. He showed me a 1936 Packard 4-door sedan that was abandoned at his shop after it was painted. He now owns it and wants to sell it to make some room in the parking lot. The car is a project but has a lot of work already done on it. It is way better than a rust bucket. He told me the price would be the unpaid bill of around $3000. If anyone wants more details please contact me off line.
