There is a rad mfg in PA that does a good job on Packard radiators with a Harrison type core. I had him build one for my 29 and it cools well. Will take me a while to remember the company name and location. Job was less than a grand and all others started at two grand and went up with shipping etc. What type of 29 do you have? I have a 626 5 passanger sedan.
