If you want a hardcopy shop manual, reprints are readily available from most any of the major Packard vendors and probably also available from The Packard Club. Ignition timing is 6 deg. BTDC. All electrical tune-up parts can be found at NAPA or other parts chains though it helps to have the current part numbers for cap, rotor, points and condenser unless you encounter a patient counterman; he'll also want to know if your particular car has Delco-Remy or Auto-Lite equipment (both were used). AutoLite's current spark plug recommendation is their #308 which is the equivalent of the original plug.

The service information and specifications for your 200 can be found in the 1951-1954 Service Manual.
There is a copy on this site under Service, Shop and Training Manuals.
