Cool, thanks for posting.
By comparison, on my website, I have an article from Feb 1957 HRM on modified 56J with a 414CID Packard V-8 with Carib 2x4 intake (no supercharger). It ran 141 MPH at Bonneville. This runs away from the 1958 Packard Hawk which has a top speed (according to the article) of 115 MPH with the supercharged Stude 289. 1956packardpanther.com/PV8C/HRM195702A.html Craig

I was confused by how forgiving they were with the car. They say a lot of times "once you get used to it".
