Will a Packard Aluminum Head off a 359 fit on a 327?

First up, your first post, so to PackardInfo.

Second, I believe 359 heads fit 327's/288's and vice versa. However check for straightness and integrity.

Third, I invite you to include your Packard in PackardInfo's
Packard Vehicle Registry.

To confirm, the 327 and 359 have identical head stud patterns and bore centerline spacing so yes, the 359 head will fit on a 327. However, unless you're building a static display motor I would advise against doing so. With rare exceptions 359 cylinder heads probably serve better as conversation pieces.

I can think of nothing gained by putting a 359 head onto a 327 or other engine. Yes, the bolt pattern is the same but the 359 head is considerably thicker so it's not a straight-across swap. All the studs would need to be removed and replaced with the 359 type.
