I think, it would be the best from new on to post materials, ideas,photos and all the talks about these cars in this topic.
This topic should include cars:
ZIM GAZ 12
Pobeda GAZ M20
Volga GAZ 21
Volga GAZ 24
Volga GAZ 2410
Volga GAZ 3102
Although they are not directly Packard related, but still as I see the interest to these cars has grown and why not to
share the information whit people how have taken a interest.

I hope the administrators can move some posts from the ZIS-110 and Tsaika GAZ-13 topics to here, if its possible ore needed.

Thanks to Eric we got the translation done.

When I joined the forum I mad a promise to make some scanned copies of a book I have, but unfortunately the scanner my friend has is broken and I don't know when Is going to get a new one. I did some pictures whit the camera so I hope this is better then anything.
Heres some pictures of the GAZ 21 automatic transmission, It is indeed close to the Ford 3-speed Hydromatic.

Thous two GAZ 21 are really nice cars , they should be the second generation models (1958-1962), the first car should be the export version and the second car should be regular model for the Soviet market!

The GAZ 22 station wagon is rare these days, it reminds me a
Buick station wagon concept but none the less, dose it
make the GAZ 22 less valuable in my eyes!
