I have some Packard parts for the swap, but I don't want to drag a lot of big stuff down and than bring it back home. Here's a list of what I have and if you're interested contact me and I can bring it to Kerrville.

1936 120:
- Engine & transmission (44k miles, but engine is stuck), manifolds, generator, waterpump, distributor etc is still on the engine, the only thing missing is the starter.
- rear axle
- Radiator
- 5 disk wheels with beauty rings and hubcaps

1937 120:
- 5 disk wheels with beauty rings, no hubcaps.

1948
- Standard (column shift) transmission with overdrive

I'm sure I'm missing some stuff, and I'll update the list when I do a better inventory. Send me a PM if interested.
