Unless someone happens to have an old NOS Packard rebuild kit for that specific motor, AFAIK the only Trico parts are exclusively available at Ficken Wiper Servicewiperman.com but their website says they do not sell rebuild parts. On an old kit I would also wonder if the gaskets would have shrunk or deformed and might not make a good seal.
Assuming you mean the gasket between the top cover and body, that is a flat piece with a few holes. It would take some time and careful cutting but it should be possible to make one or, since the sealing surface is mostly along the casting edges perhaps a very thin layer of silicone would do the job. If the felt or leather seals on the paddle have shrunk back or worn to the point they cannot seal properly as so many have done, I would wonder if a gasket alone would do the job. Ficken does excellent rebuilds and it may be worth the cost to have the motor completely rebuilt.
