Just a general comment: Far more often than not, low oil pressures are the result of the opening up of engine bearing clearances, rather than oil pump wear.
Did I miss something, I don't see your chart.

Just added it..it did not survive the initial posing! Apologies.
Yes, I know the clearances can cause low oil pressure. One of the previous owners rebuilt the engine, (I was told) and that is why I assessed the oil pump. I reasoned that if someone rebuilt an engine and the pump was "adequate" they probably would not have replaced the oil pump. My initial approach was to see if the oil pressures were seriously beyond spec and if so, replace the oil pump. If that did not work, a bottom end rebuild would be necessary and upon completion, both causes of low oil pressure would be addressed.

Try changing the engine oil to a straight 30W or a 15W-40 weight. Rebuilder's worksheet was supplied to the previous buyer. I guess it did not get included when you bought the Clipper. As I recall, it was a complete rebuild.
