VIN tag for a 51

Home away from home

The VIN aluminum tag on my 51 200 was painted over years ago. Cleaning it proved to be the wrong thing to do. I've obtained a replica and am ready to stamp it. The VIN is 2492 18926. The original paint was turquoise, but I've repainted it in a 52 color scheme "XT", black top with Ivory bottom. What is the correct trim code for a 200 four door? The interior is a gray fabric, done in the original fashion. No arm rests on the back door, and no lap robe in back.
