Early PACKARD Motor Car Co. DETROIT Battery Charger

Just popping in

Can anyone tell me about this PACKARD BATTERY CHARGER from the PACKARD MOTOR CAR CO. DETROIT. Its 7 7/8" tall by 3" wide by 3 1/4" deep. Very nice condition especially on the tag. The cables are good, it has 3 fuses. Just a crazy looking batery charger. Any idea of the value if I sale it at Carlisle car show.
