Windshield Sun Visors

In the postwar era these sun visors were popular. I have looked at lots of Packards with this option but no two seem to be the same, even for the same model. Mine looks nothing like I have seen on other models of the same year. Was this usually an option supplied and installed by the dealer from other manufacturers?

Dealer installed, Packard offered them in their accessory program. Several aftermarket firms offered them and in several styles. I like the "cool" factor
