Oily bolt

Took the car out and noticed this when I raised the hood. Does it mean anything??

Wipe it off, and see if it leaks again.
IF it's leaking, then you got a head gasket issue or crack in casting.

Could it have dripped from above? Is an oil bath air filter above that bolt? It seems strange that oil would come up through the head bolt somehow. I would expect only coolant to be below that nut, and can't think how oil would come up through there. Strange indeed.
