Is AC 104 and Champion Y$A the original plug numbers for the 1950 288 engine? Thanks John

There's a parts cross reference and factory parts list on the left hand side that you can click on and find out.

I didn't see a listing for sparkplugs for the 1950, only 1951-54 and 55-56.

Looking at the service manual those are 10mm plugs.
So from this post: packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/newbb ... 4501&post_id=236196#forumpost236196 It says AC MC-8 Autolite 3126 Champion UY-6 Maybe if those work for you, you could add a listing to the cross-reference on this site. My car has 14mm plugs so cannot directly check.

Okay just wanting to verify that 1950 still used the peanut plugs.
