I would almost bet that was a Packard made or specific item not found at a local parts store and unless by miracle a vendor has NOS, used will be the only option.
Unless someone on the forum has a parts car and offers one first, definitely try Mike Dulinski. With all his cars he should be able to come up with one. If you cannot find used, with a bit of Frankenstein configuration a functional junction could be made out of modern fittings.
