On occasion others have been able to restore intermittent non functioning pages by going into their computer settings and clearing their browser cache. Might be worth a try.

Ray,
Sorry to hear you're having troubles with adding a Packard to the Packard Owner's Registry. As Howard says, the most common reason is computer settings being at fault. Have you tried adding your acquisition from a different computer? The other side might be if you've changed something in your profile. Unfortunately I don't have enough access, let alone ability, to sort that out. BigKev, Could you have a look at this please?
