Worn Hinge Pin 30.312?

Both my front doors are a bit loose on their hinges and move ROUND A BIT WHEN OPENED OR SHUT. They are firmly attached. The screws are not loose.

The parts plate shows two hinges, both 30.314. there are six numbers listed under 30.310 and it isn't clear to me who goes wherew or exactly what I have.

Also listed under 30.312 is a hinge pin, which I take to be a one-size-fits-all unit.

We have not attempted to detach anything as yet.

Would I be wise to attempt to locate some new hinge pins? Might there be a bushing to replace?

In short, how would you proceed here?
