Good luck with your search. That is a worthy use of a Packard. Unfortunately, there is only one currently registered car at Packard Info that was built from 1930 to 1940 and is from SC.
Have you tried posting your question at the AACA forums? Packard Info is very comprehensive, but not all online owners know of, or visit, here.Owners are also free to not register their cars. It is worth posting elsewhere. I hope you find your car. Cheers, Tom

If there is an affiliate of the Packard Club in the area, they might be able to help. I'm assuming PI is not active in the Carolinas??????
