Yes. The prototype 1931 sedan still exists. It's a Twin Six.

As far as I know the FWD Packard prototype is with the Bob Bahre collection in Paris Hill, Maine.
Until 2020 the collection was opened to the public once a year. I haven't heard what any future plans are for the collection since Mr. Bahre's passing.

It is indeed in the Bahre collection. No changes to the collection are planned. They just finished a complete renovation of the "car barn," and I'm sure it will be open to the public one day each year to raise money for the library.
