help identify these packard rims and hubs

Just popping in

can you help identify a packard rim and hub that are 8 bolt steel disc rims? the hub center is a screw on aluminum cap that uses a large allen wrench. the tire size is 7.50x16. i am trying to upload a picture but haven't figured out how yet.
any idea what good rims and hubs would be worth?
