Will senior engine hoods from 1951 through 1956 interchange? To what extent if any? Specifically, could 51-54 examples be used on 55-56 V-8 modeled Packards?

Ixney. The 51-54 hoods are all the same with minor detail differences; the Caribbean hoods are modified stock units. They are much narrower at the front than 55-56 hoods.

55 and 56 hoods will interchange but have much different character creases.
