What more can be said I think it has the classic Packard lines of the 30's presented in modern form.

I think John Harley said it best very early in this thread, once the continuity of the company is broken and the corporate culture that created its products no longer exists, these attempts are all just another creation without lineage, not Packards, no matter what name is tacked on them.

Design and coach work done by Zagato of Turin Italy which was found by by Ugo Zagato in 1919. I guess that firm has some linage behind it.

Sure, it's just not Packard's lineage.

Do you purposely try to cause trouble, or are you oblivious to how you come across?

The point that Owen is making is: "Zagato never had ANYTHING to do with Packard!"

It looks like a overworked Bentley to me. Or at least the body shell does.

I realize that beauty is in the eye of the beholder... but for me... that represents an excellent example of why Packard should be left to rest in peace.

Just looking at the front, it reminds me of what I see in my rear-view mirror when a Freightliner or Kenworth is tailgating me in congested traffic.
