Now for a new twist.

When The car was fixed it was almost empty, so I filled at the nearest station, with Mobil Hi-test which I don't normally use.

Took it home and duane adjusted the carb and we put in new plugs so I could go to a show.

The car missed like a dog on one cylinder. Went possibly a hundred mile and filled again with Costco High test/Ethyl (name from past...) and drove about 50 miles today in a beautiful ride in the country. 75 degrees and a breeze. Lovely.

Car ran perfectly, like the lady she is and can be.

I don't want to break tyhe bubble here, but why?

Need I mention that the old plugs are clean with no significant visible issues.

Or, since the car is a female, I had it washed with a perm....
