Well I checked the fuel pump pressure and that was up to spec. But I believe I found the problem, there were some tiny rust particles that were stuck in the metering rod. So that was sticking. Re-cleaned the carb and now it is running fine again. I found the filter was not set tightly in the bowl, so there is some crap getting into the carb. Looks like I have some new rust forming in the tank. Going to have to drop it and coat the inside this time.
