Seems to have settled down and be working reasonably well here too. Only saw one long wait since Saturday. Wonder if the host does maintenance on the server at a specific time or if the server is shared with a shopping site?
EDIT: Spoke too soon. It started slowing again about 1:30 but not as bad as it was a few days ago. Getting to the site is averaging about 45 seconds to bring up the main page and another 30 or so to log in. There was another wait after the edit selection to bring up this input page. With my broadband, clicking on sites to open in another tab was almost instant gratification while still waiting for packardinfo to connect. Not complaining since it's not down; just saying maybe the server place is overloaded or having an issue.
