Can't read the rest of the script, it won't enlarge, but I don't think it's a coach builder rather an auto sales place much like the stickers and emblems we have on the back here. Translates "east garage" but the location is not descernible.
Someone in Europe may know or need a different picture.

ps:
The trim tag is a foreign language(Dutch) so probably a limo that was converted in Europe? [guess]. Jaar is year and Merk is Brand in Dutch.

I sent this to a friend in France but unfortunately they were no less mystified than us.

Checked on O_D's note in the Neal book, there was one Derham 22 series limo that went to Europe in '49. It was sold to someone in SA, then ended up in europe for tour duty.
