My 37 115C has a metal fatigued center hinge channel that keeps popping out from the stays (newly replaced) does anyone make a new hinge, If not I may have some new ones made. Rich

Try Northfield Forming, that's right up their alley. Also at one time Steele Rubber had hood hinge parts but as I recall they were for the 33-34 senior cars but it might still be worth a phone call.

This has never been reproduced. New ones do not exist. The design is not great, and after 70+ years fatigues at the ends as you note, so used hinges are usually worthless too. To reproduce, there would be 3 different lengths, 120/B, 120C and 115C. You can buy the reproduction clips for the ends, but if your hinge is worn there, they won't help. My cars have a modified non-packard reproduction hinge, bolted in place front and back, which allows secure opening either or both sides, but the cost was insane to rework a hood just to cure this hinge issue.
Live with it (like most guys), or go into the reproduction business.
