If the drive shaft is a TWO PIECE prop shaft (front part of prop shaft slides in and out of rear half of prop) and iif it has cross type u joints front and rear:

THe front half of drive shaft must be insserted into the rear part of the drive shaft such that the u joints are EXACTLY parallel to each other.
Like this +--------+.
NOT +------x.
