Just can't stay away

The instrument panel in the pdf attachment is a 46 Clipper, sorry about that.

I still think the ignition button is factory. The unknown button seems logical to be the windsheild washer fluid. The condensor type thing that is not hooked up, may be noise reduction for the radio as someone suggested.
