Not too bad. Wonder if that little round knob to the right of column is the rear wiper switch. It also appears to have a tach -- or at least some kind of gauge -- on the left of dash. That plus some engine non stocks, I would wonder if the car might have had more than its share of action.

Hearse/Ambulance. A regular LWB wouldn't have a rear door that big. Also, the extended roof is a sure sign of a commercial chassis vehicle.
