oil pump ready for assy,

dist bushings 1-1/4 long, 5/8s bore, delco .. top bushing in picture is top dist bushing. large e-long hole for oil wick, well be replacing bushings with oil impreg bronze.

mill slot for key oil pump gear

one piece oil pump shaft, and plate,

dist shaft, worn..

oil pump in no alignment problems, with one piece shaft.

mold for crankshaft key, to grind curve,

oil pump, jacks plate, pump body from p sw, i press in my own
bushing, left it full lenght, knurled bushing before pressing it in,

damper redone chromed, crack fixed,

gears, had to put align marks, when they are are that less binding, seems a jig needs to be made to lap in gears before use,

p sw checked his warehouse some pumps turned free no binding, others some binding,

so seems gears are not true,,,,,from factory

getting closer to lite off, i will start it up with short pipes, no muffler,

one persons try at fixing throttle valve, no good in my book,,

other pictures mock up carb is not bolted on still need to get stainless nuts washers..

still need to put together water pump,, and transsmission,,

the engine will be run like on a test stand ,,,but in the car.

and the daytona needle valve


air clearner needs to be cleaned, maybe painted,

six blade fan, bored out to fit on hub, before had it mounted end of hub with a spacer
