Should be the 53 senior version having that number above. Packard 300s, 400s, and Exec Sedan and Limos. That year & models the only one using the round style that would fit on the peak or rounded area under tail light. All other round ones were mounted on the relatively flat vertical piece under lid and would be a mostly flat base.
