Everything works perfect when I try it. I even tried with different browsers. You have to click the "GO" button at each step until the entire form displays, not the ENTER key.
So you select the Year (1954) and click GO Then you select the Series (54th) then click GO Then you select the actual specific model (5492) then click GO Then it will take a moment, and the form will get displayed. Fill it all out, and then hit submit.

Kev,
I did that too with a "test entry", and clicking on the GO button after each drop down list selection worked fine. But because I have editorial access to the Registry I didn't know whether it let me do it because of my access level or whether it worked that way irrespective. When you did your test did you do it at Webmaster level or general user level? And have you had a chance to look at the matter raised by Steve, packardguy53, about correcting the name of a Packard Dealership entry?
