Yes on Jeans hardware. It was about a 1/8 mile east of Alyce Kay. I think it became a City Service / Sinclair gas station or was concurrently with Jeans at the same location.

There were 5 or 6 very nice houses in that short stretch of 12 mile road between Greening and Alyce Kay that were built ca. 1920-1940.
