Hi Steve: your post #2630 could be interpreted as saying the windshield frames were constructed differently in 55 and 56, and that's something I'm not aware of. If that was your intent, could you elaborate on the differences?

Hi Dave

"Hi Steve: your post #2630 could be interpreted as saying the windshield frames were constructed differently in 55 and 56, and that's something I'm not aware of. If that was your intent, could you elaborate on the differences?"

Just pointing out how they handled the windshield header structure for the V8 convertibles to create a lower windshield height and mate with the '55-'56 top mechanism front bow.

More selections:
A '29 626 sedan, nice example, though headlights look like Mopars units:
toledo.craigslist.org/ctd/6061997441.html

A '37 115 Six sedan, looks ready to enjoy after re-activation:
milwaukee.craigslist.org/cto/6084508603.html

A '52 200, 327 with manual shift, 53K miles, ready to enjoy:
greenbay.craigslist.org/cto/6070048671.html

A '54 Clipper sedan, 41K miles, drive it home:
rmn.craigslist.org/cto/6049655850.html

That pair of '54 Clipper club sedans (Franklin, IN) might be a great deal if the red Sportster is as good as it looks.

Proud 1953 Clipper Deluxe owner. Thinking about my next Packard, want a Clipper Deluxe Eight, manual shift with overdrive.

Prewar Packards are slim pickings lately. I'm not sure but I think I posted it a while back, finally I found a nice 36 coupe and then it turns out the original engine is replaced by an Oldsmobile engine. I'm wondering how this guy came up with the price, must of been smoking something.
