PackardV8: So it turns out that I do have holes on my rocker arms (see edited post above), I assume that is what is meant by 'pee holes"? I did look at service bulletin 55T-16 and 55T-35 BTW, and when I measured the holes in the rocker arm they are more like 5/32" than the 3/32" or 1/16" described (My heads are dated 1/20/55 and 3/14/55). With the positive seals now on the intakes, I'm not worried about any adverse affect of the 'bigger' oil holes.
