Rebuilt check up. Uk dd doesn't have taper on dd.

Plate looks barely worn. Maybe a thou or 2 miles on it.

Hefty bushing. Trans back in car. Was a battle .

Torque converter slipped right in.

Have to button up things. And broke wires off limit switch. So. Have to remove it and try to solder wire.

Riki,

Look forward to hearing how all the modifications to the transmission do under use.

I thought the plate had a taper to help with the engagement/disengagement?

I don't know pistons enough to see what you were pointing out, but I did notice the yellow and black. What did you use that for.

Finally..

Super engine..

Quiet like a Packard should be.

Trans. After some monking with shift motor.... Shifts smooth..H and D.

Speedo works..

Next A arm bushings.. Then drive it.

Valve covers are not even tighten down..no leaks.

And no trans leaks...
