I'll share a trick with you.

To find any of the Service Counselors quickly use think link format

packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/SC/SC-VOL#NO#.pdf

so the one you are looking for would be this:

packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/SC/SC-VOL28NO4.pdf

This also works for the Service Letters. Just replace the SC- with SL-

Does anyone have any idea where to look for a 359 Packard engine? I don't see anything on ebay and don't really know where else to look.

Not to discourage your search for one, but remember it was a one-year only engine, and a low volume one at that. Chances are good that you're going to have to buy an entire 1954 senior to get one. Just keep looking....
