Steve, check with the area Packard club (NorCalPackards). They have a website. Someone there probably knows someone who can do the valve job with the engine in the car. Nice to know Morgan's is still there.

Yes, the 'Dam Road' is a nice drive. I used to live WC and work at the Berkeley Lab and would drive that route coming home on Fridays.
