That 56 Executive is a ridiculously GREAT price for the car and what it represents. The interior looks like you could clean the seats and door panels, the body is as rust free and straight as you are going to find an Executive project.

When I checked it out (the link) it had 33 watchers but no bids. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? People are so gun shy.

It's too far away for me in Iowa or else I would bid on it.

The only other 2 door Executive I have seen photos of is a disassembled car in suburban Chicago for $1000.

Not even close, here you get a complete car, no guessing and so much to save and not spend money on.

I restore the car, and the car restores me.

I want to say the 1938 Super Eight will be gone by next weekend, but it is a closed car. What an awesome car.

I'd rather buy 1 running! You don't know what you buy. If its a convertible or a coupe or a custom body it would be worth it. There's a nice 1603 for sale in NC and he's asking $48500 I rather do that and know what you have:

Here's a 34 for $36k

I can't believe the 56 Executive 2 door HT on ebay still has no bids.

I can't afford a gazillion dollars in transport.

I love to troll the craigslist/ebay ads for cars i cant buy.

or would like to but dont have the time or space.

but this week is especially painful cause:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Packard-300-Henney-1951-Packard-Henney-Hearse-/291204576398?forcerrptr=true&hash=item43cd25348e&item=291204576398&pt=US_Cars_Trucks

i want that 51 Henney so bad. rust bucket yes. but possibility ...

also this poor girl:

http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/cto/4591993291.html

might see if i can swap something cause he aint going to sell it/ craigslist or his ebay listing of the same car.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/111424336879?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1426.l2649

actually the market is poor here in south los angeles this year. another 51 complete with a chromes 288 head went for five hundred months back ...
