I'd like to think a '36 120 conv.coupe is worth $150 K, but I doubt even a 100-point car would bring that.

Couple of finds on FB Marketplace:

1938 120 Convertible coupe. Rough unrestored, but intact and definitely doable. Many years of indoor storage. Owner has passed away and grandson is now clearing out the property. Think it is well worth the asking price of $9,500 for what I am seeing here. I contacted seller and informed him that it was a '38 120, not a '37 Super 8 as advertised. Knoxville, TN:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1795481810 ... ca9c899-b128-4651-bf04-53cc3ccc1cde

1949 (23rd Series) small 8 sedan. Either a Standard or Deluxe. Rough from years of outdoor storage. Probably best for parts. Asking $850. Crawfordsville, IN:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/2082074956 ... cd19451-a04c-47c2-b8b5-59949e033792

1949 (22nd Series) Club Coupe Rat Rod. Has drivetrain out of a 2002 GMC Sonoma. Probably one of the rattiest rat rods I've ever seen. Very ratty looking, especially the crudely welded homemade fender skirts. $4,500 in Rome, NY. Maybe Rome was not built in a day, but it looks like this car was.

facebook.com/marketplace/item/3749882448 ... 64e8462-7cfb-49d8-ba58-7751a84d42f5

1941 120 Coupe. Fully restored, has dual side mounts. Car does look sharp, but asking price is unreasonable at $75K. Nice convertibles are bringing less money these days:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/7269960689 ... 18b1968-92d7-44ff-b64f-99359d003394

Two more rough, unrestored 23rd Series small eight sedans:

Located near Omaha, NE. Communicated with poster; car belongs to a friend, and they just want to try to save it from the crusher. Restore or parts.
Asking $800:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1046726173 ... b48c943-6250-4338-9ae4-43a782ce02e2

Located in Boone, IA: Owner intended to restore, but had to abandon project due to health issues. Looks complete. Appears to be a Standard Eight. Asking $3,500:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/2004752598 ... b48c943-6250-4338-9ae4-43a782ce02e2

1940 Henney Hearse. Has been street rodded. Obviously, a lot of money spent. Seller asking $63K. Montana:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1633175833 ... 7b5cafc-c1ff-443e-b5fb-78f972e6934d

1953 Clipper Club Sedan. Very rough, floors shot. interior completely gutted. Looks like someone converted this to stick shift as I am seeing a long shift lever coming out of the floor. Minot, ND:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/9959258183 ... 7b5cafc-c1ff-443e-b5fb-78f972e6934d

1946 Clipper Super. Very solid body, actually does not look bad overall. Interior appears to have been redone.
Probably totally rust free as it is from Arizona. Asking $8,200:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/3738249869 ... 76f11b4-5afc-4d58-9464-9f4bd80ede13

This ad has been up before, but seller has added more pictures. I am seeing the following:

Partially restored 1938 or 1939 Convertible Coupe. Can't tell if it is a Six or a 120. Body in primer on a rolling chassis

1953 or 1954 Henney Junior Ambulance. Nose is off, but body looks solid

1955 Caribbean. Partially restored, in primer, body work in process. All trim removed.

1955 Clipper hardtop. Partially restored and in primer.

Lots of old metal signs, some Packard related.

Cars are located in Florida:

Not likely an "automatic" transmission, but maybe an overdrive (?)

The rat rod coupe does have some unique features.... the crosscut saw sun visor and Chevy valve cover door pulls really add a custom flair that can't be beat!

If I had money to burn and nothing better to do, I'd put the body on a old highboy F-250 4X4 chassis and add a powerstroke 7.3 engine. Put the original dash back in, killer sound system, and hire a good custom painter to do a high-end alligator hide 3-D paint job in shades of pearlescent green metallic. Faux alligator interior. Take the crosscut saw theme a little farther by adding saw blade "teeth" to the hood cut lines... 44s, 8-inch pipes with propane flame throwers, etc.

The '46 looks like it's worth it, basically. But, timing and distance.
