Don, See they are all in the Registry now, Interesting comments in your Registry entries as to what's happened or is going to happen with some of your Packards. Your approach to getting some of them back on the road is different and innovative, so would it be possible to start Project Blogs here for those undergoing restoration/rehabilitation/resurrection/reinvention so we can follow along on their journeys?

Don,
Rather than "unrelenting" call me Mal. It's just that your Packards and what you're doing with some of them is out of the ordinary. I'll try to step back now and leave you to it.

Don: I got your PM today and there should be one in your mail box from me.
I would be like to see personally the copies your made from the Durham archives concerning the two Packard's. I will gladly mail you a copy of the article from which I obtained my information. However there is one little catch to this deal. I would like you to donate a copy of what you obtained from the Durham archives pertaining to these two Packard's to Packardinfo. To answer your question I don't know were the Gulf Oil Packard is located. John F. Shireman

John, that's an excellent idea. Before donating a set, I will contact the CCCA librarian today and make sure there is no issue related to their posting.

Back in 1976 one of the two Derham lwb convertible sedans was in the PAC club roster, but in browsing the current roster I don't see either so I'd guess they're both out of the club.

Not beyond the name of the then-current owner, which is listed in the material I mailed off to you today.

Just checked the PI Membership Roster, and there are no '47 Derhams listed. Several '47 Limos, but no Derhams.

Don: While you are contacting the CCCA concerning the Derham Packard's ask them if they might be able to put you in contact with a Steve Chapman.
