I had occasion to attend a Barrett Jackson auction when I lived in Reno. Lots of fun and very exciting. Although, the really upper-upper end cars were being "saved" for the Vegas auction two weeks later.

Haven't seen a lot of pre-War cars but I've only been able to see fragments of the auction, so there may have been some.
