A guy I used to buy 1940 110 parts from in Washington State (maybe Alderwood Manor or something like that) had a 1939 Darrin that he was restoring and even as a teenager it was something I always remembered and I've never seen another. I did come close to buying a 1940 4-door convertible Darrin when I was 18 but never did. The Darrins were gorgeous to me then and still are today.
