1950 Super Eight Station Sedan?

The first image is labeled a 1950 Eight Station Sedan which means it is on a 120 wb chassis. I scaled it to a station sedan image work-up on 127 wb and it aligns perfectly. If you look at the axle-dash length you can see that it is noticeably longer than an Eight. My guess is that this was a factory one-off 49-50 Super Eight station sedan. One or both of the last two images may well be this same car.

When I used to be active in the Packard Club and the Northern California Region, there was a Custom Eight Station Sedan that someone had put together and "restored". It was gorgeous with nice proportions due to the longer front end which really balanced out the size on the body. I only ever saw it once at a get-together in the small town of Sonoma, CA.

The custom eight station sedan was put together by a man named Winston ( might not be correct name or spelling) in San Francisco. I saw the car in the late 70s in Sacramento as Mr. Winston would go through old auto supplies stores looking for parts. He is gone now and I believe his son has the car

The 23rd seres super eight station sedan was put together by Clarance Blixt from a picture in some Packard article he found of what Packard planed to do for a long wheel base station sedan. A friend of mine bought the car and then sold it at auction. I believe it went to the St. Louse area to a dealer. I found a picture that I have had for years, car also has a torkflight/

If I am correct (and if we are talking about the same Station Sedan shown in the following webURL - https://bangshift.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/packard1.jpg), I believe that this vehicle in question was purchased and is on display at The Citizen's Motorcar Company - America's Packard Museum (http://www.americaspackardmuseum.com/) in Dayton, OH.

I may be wrong, but, I am sure that there are not many restorations of the Packard Station Sedan done in that color and without the wood paneling on the doors.

Yes; That is the Blixt car. I have lots of detailed pictures as I am doing the wood on my 48 and it was my sample.
